I first came to yoga out of curiosity and for its physical benefits, but what kept me returning was the stillness, awareness, and connection it brings. Yoga has taught me patience, self-compassion, and the deep knowing that I am enough.

Over time, my practice evolved from strong, fast flowing yoga to a more restorative and accessible approach that invites deep listening, presence, and rest. Each time I move, breathe, and rest, I return to yoga — listening, remembering, and coming home to myself.

I am deeply grateful for the teachings of yoga, Indigenous to the peoples of South Asia, and love how it is a living history passed down through generations. With gratitude to my teachers and their teachers before them, I remain forever a student, learning, listening, and returning to the heart of yoga.

As a Wemba Wemba woman living and teaching on Yorta Yorta Country, I honour my Elders and ancestors, whose stories, strength, and wisdom guide how I live, practice, and share yoga.

My classes are grounding, accessible, and designed to support nervous system regulation, helping students build strength, ease, and balance. I combine this experience with training in Yin and Restorative Yoga, creating practices that invite presence, joy, curiosity, and rest.

As a mum, aunty, and primary school teacher, it felt natural to bring yoga to children and teens, supporting their learning, wellbeing, and connection.

When we move, breathe, and rest, we return to ourselves, to the quiet wisdom that has always been there. My hope is that through practice, you experience this for yourself and find your own way home.
