Classes are welcoming, beginner-friendly, and designed so you can move at your own pace.

Both include clear guidance and variations to support you as you learn. -
Yes. Every class includes adaptations and modifications to support your needs, and props are always available, including blankets, bolsters, and blocks.
In Gentle Yoga classes, chairs are also available and incorporated into the practice.
Please let Carly know before class so she can guide you safely and provide the best modifications. -
