Over 45 minutes, you’ll move slowly through supported poses held for 2–5 minutes, offering a quiet counterbalance to busy days and active bodies. Unwind, settle the mind, and prepare for a better night’s sleep. Suitable for all levels.

Hot Yoga
A strong, uplifting class designed to build strength, mobility, and focus through mindful movement and breath.
