Variations are always offered, whether it’s wrists, knees, arthritis, or injuries, there’s always a way to make the practice work for you.

Hot Yoga
A strong, uplifting class designed to build strength, mobility, and focus through mindful movement and breath.
You’ll flow through a dynamic vinyasa sequence in a heated room (around 35°C) supporting your body to soften tension and move with ease.
