    A place to Connect • Reflect • Share

    The Yoga Circle is a place to gather and connect with yoga teachers here in Echuca Moama.

    Facilitated by Christy O’Brien and Carly Sheldon, our intention is to create a supportive space for like-minded yoga teachers - new and experienced - to gather, practice, and inspire each other. 

  • Teen Yoga

    A space for teens to slow down, move mindfully, and learn tools to support their mental health and wellbeing.

    No experience needed -  just curiosity and an open mind.

    This 6-week program offers:

    * Gentle movement to build strength, balance, and awareness
    * Breathing and mindfulness practices to manage stress and emotions
    * A safe, non-competitive space to connect and unwind
    * Simple techniques to help you feel calm and confident - on and off the mat

    Each week explores themes like grounding, resilience, self-kindness, and balance - giving young people practical ways to care for themselves and their minds.
