Yoga is joyful.
It enlivens my body from head to toes, brings awareness and gentleness to my breath and anchors my mind back within. Whether you participate in one of my public classes or chose a private lesson, my aim is to make you feel comfortable and to bring a sense of harmony and connection to your body.
Private lessons are tailored for students who would like a personalised yoga program. This may be one-on-one lessons with Carly, or may involve a group of people with similar needs.
