Gentle Yoga Class for You

During this simple 40 minute sequence, we focus on balance and letting go of tension in the body. We explore strengthening and stretching elements, with the option to use a wall at home to support your movements and deepen your surrender within. We begin and end the sequence spending a few minutes to connect to the body. Enjoy practicing at home, in honour of how you are feeling on the day. With love, Carly.
